At ZASA (under the trade name ZASA International LLC-FZ)!, we aim to provide you with the highest quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund Policy outlines the process and terms for returning products and receiving refunds.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
  • Return Period: Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot process returns or exchanges.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels intact. We cannot accept returns on certain items such as socks, headbands, and headscarves due to hygiene reasons.
  • Exchanges: You may exchange items for a different size or color if available. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be processed.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
  • Log into your account and go to “Your Orders.”
  • Select the order you wish to return or exchange and follow the instructions provided.
  • Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will receive further instructions regarding the return shipping.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed as follows:
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases unless otherwise agreed. Store credit will be added to your account once your return is received and approved.
  • Refund Timeframe: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your returned item.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or full refund as per your preference.
  • Inspection: All returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the return criteria. If the items are found to be damaged or used, they will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Cancellations

6. Refund and Chargeback Policy

  • Chargeback Policy: If you dispute a transaction with your bank or card provider, you must contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We will do our best to resolve the issue, but chargebacks filed without contacting us will not be considered.
  • Fraudulent Transactions: If fraudulent activity is suspected, we will investigate the matter and may suspend or terminate your account.
